- Orders can be deliver to local addresses in the D2/4 area, but collection is the preferred distribution platform, from either our Mount street store or our Glasthule Health Shop.

11:30 am: Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Baby Spinach, Green Beans, Egg, Tomato, Cucumber. Meat: Tuna. Side Sauce: Sun Dried Tomato.
3:00 pm. Punnet Juice – Beetroot, Apple Orange, Carrot, Ginger. Broccoli, Cucumber.
7:00 pm. Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Rocket, Mixed Peppers, Quinoa, Sweet Corn,
Chickpeas. Meat: Smoked Sesame and Almond Tofu. Side Sauce: Chilli & Lime Hummus.

Punnet Protein Balls (19 grams of whey protein per packed). To be consumed before 5:00 pm

11:30 am: Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Mixed Leaf, Green Beans, Sweet Corn, Cucumber,
Peppers. Meat: Chicken Breast. Side Sauce: basil & Cashew Pesto.
3:00 pm. Punnet Juice – Cucumber, Pineapple, Apple, Avocado, Spirulina, Celery, Spinach.
7:00 pm. Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Rocket, Mixed Peppers, Quinoa, Grated Sweet Potato,
Tomato. Meat: Smoked Salmon. Side Sauce: Sun Dried Tomato.

Wednesday

9:00 am: Punnet Juice. Broccoli, Pineapple, Carrot, Apple, Orange, Wheatgrass.
11:00 am: Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Baby Spinach, Beetroot, Grated Sweet Potato,
Tomato, Cucumber, Meat: Tuna & Sweet Corn. Side Sauce: Basil & Cashew Pesto.
1:00 pm. Punnet Juice – Cucumber, Pineapple, Apple, Avocado, Spirulina, Spinach
6:00 pm. Punnet Salad: Ingredients: Rocket, Mixed Peppers, Quinoa, Tomato.
